Dear colleagues, We are very pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting of the German, Austrian and Swiss Societies for Hematology and Medical Oncology, taking place from October 24 to 27, 2025, in Cologne. The program committees have contributed enthusiastically to the design of the meeting, with a wealth of current, scientifically sound, and interdisciplinary contributions. This congress will not only highlight the technical possibilities from gene and genome sequencing, AI-based analysis and diagnostic tools, evidence-based prognostic scores, and virtual international exchange platforms, but will also discuss international standards for the best possible therapy and follow-up. A particular focus will be on the treatment of metastatic diseases, addressed in numerous scientific symposia with renowned speakers including ESMO President Prof. Fabrice André and Prof. Deborah Schrag from MSKCC. Special sessions are dedicated to students and nursing staff, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive program. We warmly invite you to submit your scientific work as an abstract by May 2, 2025, and present your latest data on causes, prognosis, and treatment of hematological and oncological diseases at the meeting. Our aim is to provide a congress that combines in-depth knowledge with the latest advances in all areas of hematology and oncology, with a special focus on metastatic cancers and systemic therapies.
