It is our great pleasure and honour to be the convenors of the 2025 Australian Society of Anaesthetists’ National Scientific Congress in Canberra. Our committee is excited to deliver a meeting that will be stimulating, interesting, and relevant whilst showcasing the highlights of Australia’s capital. Canberra is a special part of Australia known for its rich history, vibrant cultural scene, and stunning natural beauty. There are national institutions like Parliament House, the National Gallery of Australia, the Australian War Memorial, and the National Museum, along with beautiful parks, lakes, and a buzzing food and drink scene. The scientific program will include lectures, plenaries, masterclasses, workshops, and networking events with experts. The theme of our meeting is 'Come Together' and aims to create a program to match—a unique opportunity to connect, learn and celebrate innovation in anaesthesia.
